About the Client
The Office of Health Care Assurance performs all state licensing activities on healthcare facilities, agencies, and organizations. This includes conducting all on-site state licensing surveys (inspections): Medicare certification surveys (inspections), Centers for Medicare, and Medicaid Services.
Project Challenges
The system was built for nurse consultants who have limited knowledge of technology and do not use computers regularly. Therefore, our goal is to make the system accessible and easy to use for them.

Dynamics CRM is a ready-to-use product with a lot of features that mostly cater to people who know Office and other Microsoft products. That was a challenge for us and our team had to customize the system to solve this contradiction.
