You may be a great fit to join our growing team at DataHouse Asia as our Talent Acquisition. This role is open for junior and middle-level professionals. In this position, you will work closely with other recruitment members to achieve our aggressive hiring plan and to better support our business partners.
What are your responsibilities?
Develop recruitment tactics and approaches to achieve the hiring targets.
Plan and conduct selection procedures following DataHouse Asia’s recruitment process such as scheduling, interviewing, evaluating and assigning technical tests.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events together with the recruitment team.
Foster good relationship with past and potential candidates and source talents through the company’s talent portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms and professional connection.
Liaise with internal members to promote and implement the referral program.
Report to Talent Acquisition Lead and other business partners about the recruitment progress and results.
Support back office team with administrative and employee engagement activities when needed.
Do you meet these job requirements?
At least 1-year experience in a Technical Talent Acquisition/Recruiter role in Vietnam’s software industry
Strong professional network in Vietnam’s software development community
Experience screening and interviewing for technical roles including software developers, QCs, BAs and PMs
Good Vietnamese and English verbal and written communication skills
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
Nice to have
Experience recruiting in multiple geographic locations (Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, e.g.)
Prior experience in a start-up environment
Technical knowledge in one of more of these areas: Salesforce, AWS, mobile
Good mindset about self-learning and result-oriented
