Talent Acquisition Specialist / Executive

What are your responsibilities?
Working closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and proactively provide recruitment tactics to sourcing qualified candidates.
Facilitating our recruitment process from meeting the candidates until finalizing the hiring decision with them.
Proactively growing our talents pool and taking the lead to engage with them.
Building and strengthening partnerships with Universities to support recruitment activities.
Generating recruitment reports and responsible for the recruitment results requested.
Are you fit with these job requirements?
- At least 2 years of experience relating to IT Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Experienced in organizing & implementing human resources initiatives and activities.
- Passionate about people, business growth, people development.
- Good communication skill in verbal and written, both in Vietnamese and English.
- Being results-oriented mindset is needed
