We are looking for Helpdesk Agents to join our development team. You will be the first point of contact between customers who need technical support and the IT department. In this role, you should have good English communication skills and a spirit of being a good team player.
In addition, with your skills in customer care, proactivity towards possible problems, passion for improving software quality and an open mind for learning, you will be a perfect fit for this job.
What are your responsibilities?

Support end-users following the standard guideline about how to use software products
02.
Provide day to day support to ensure smooth using of software products
03.
Maintain and update technical support documentation
04.
Receive and answer large amount of inbound and outbound call, email
05.
Identify customer’s needs, clarify information and coordinate with our team to provide solutions to customer
06.
Keep record all conversations in call center database
Are you fit with these job requirements?
IT general understanding
Customer service mindset
Have good knowledge about our product, our service
Good at English communication skills (verbal and written)
Have experience on working directly with Foreigners, is a plus
Degree in information System, Business English or equivalent certifications
