Who we are looking for?

This position will be responsible for all tasks of a general accountant, which comply with the accounting & tax law, ensure the company operates smoothly, and deliver excellent support to employees.

In addition, the position holder will be the key personnel in charge of all accounting activities of one development center or a branch, ensuring compliance and service delivery efficiency.

What are your responsibilities?

01. Accounting

  • Proceed daily cash in bank payment orders and any related tasks.
  • Check the accuracy and verify invoices, vouchers, and store accounting records by regulations and effectively.
  • Ensure the truthfulness and accuracy of revenue and expense items
  • Assure accounting activities and transactions are recorded and reported in compliance with Vietnamese tax law and accounting law
  • Prepare internal reports for management purposes.
  • Manage and maintain internal financial position effectively.
  • Coordinate and be responsible for annual accounting activities/functions such as year-end audit, assets stock-take, budgeting, and process improvement.

02. Tax

  • Monthly tax declarations and any related tasks required by Vietnamese tax law
  • Work with Tax office regarding tax concerns…

03. Salary & social insurance

  • Monthly payroll and internal-related reports.
  • Monthly social insurance declaration and any related tasks.

04. Others

  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

Are you fit with these job requirements?

  • Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Auditing – GPA: >= 3.0
  • English international certificate
Experience & Skills:
  • Essential: A minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting/auditing field
  • Desirable: Has experience in IT industry or auditing firm may be advantageous
